- What if I'm single?

You can practice Tantra solo. It will help you become more confident, fit, become more whole. Tantra is all about Love. You don't need anyone to find Love and feel loved.Look within - Love is our very essence. When you realize that and ready to share the Love in your heart, right partner will appear.

- Is it all about sex?

No, there is more to Tantra than just sex. Tantra teaches to harness sexual energy and use it as a vehicle on the path to enlightenment. When you learn to control and manipulate your energy, your third eye and crown chakra get activated and you can become clairvoyant.

By harnessing energy, you can control microcosm (you) and macrocosm (your world). That's where the real magic happens!

- What is Tantric sex?

Being in the moment - is a foundation of Tantric sex. It's the art of conscious loving. Tantra teachings enable you to prolong pleasure and build up hormones to very high levels so the culmination is explosive. Tantric love-making session lasts 4-5 hours and longer. Yes, Tantric lovers can last that long.

- What is Tantra Wellness Therapy?

A combination of breath-work, energy-work, body-work, coaching, and counseling. Every time we go through some traumatic event, our emotions leave an imprint on our soul and body. With time it can create energetic blocks and manifest as emotional and physical dis-balance. During Tantra Wellness session, we release these blocks, clear energetic meridians. All that will help you become authentic, more whole, harmonized being.

- What is Tantric Massage?

It is not a traditional massage. If you are looking for classic therapeutic massage,  you'll need to find a licensed massage therapist. Tantra practitioners are not licensed massage therapists. Tantra practitioner may guide you through specific breathing, muscle tensing, mantras (sounds) and may use hand passes to move and direct energy through the body with a purpose of releasing energetic blocks.

The other side of the Tantric Massage would be very sensual and erotic experience that is meant for couples. It's not just a massage, it's a ritual. Your body would be touched in the way and the places only your lover is allowed to. It is an unforgettable blissful experience of been completely spoiled. The purpose of this ritual is to make you feel as a divine being and to have you worshiped like a God or Goddess. Everyone needs to experience that at least once. And if you'll learn how to create this experience for your lover, he or she will never leave you. You may learn it by attending a Tantra workshop or by getting a private coaching session.

Tantra comes from ancient sacred practices in India, China, and Nepal.

The word Tantra comes from Sanskrit. Means "expand", what extends knowledge".

Tantra is a spiritual practice – a path to expanding one's consciousness, to enlightenment, achieving nirvana, living in a bliss. Disciplines of meditation, breath-work, and yoga. Practice of harnessing sexual energy, enhancing one's life, well-being, and sexuality.

Tantra is a way to connect to yourself and the Universe, tap into your inner power, heal self on all levels: mental, emotional, physical; learn to connect with a partner on the deepest levels, improve relationships, improve love-making skills; heal sexual dysfunctions for both – men and women; finding the kind of sexual pleasure you wouldn't know otherwise; live in a bliss.

Tantra teaches to accept full responsibility for your health and life. See yourself as a whole being – mind, body and spirit. See any illness or condition as a lesson and learn from it. Address a problem not symptoms. Let go of what doesn't serve. Release all emotional blocks. Detox physically and emotionally. Find balance and harmony.

There are many forms of Tantra:

Hindu Tantra. Kama Sutra. Originated in the temples of India.

Buddhist Tantra incorporates Taoist traditions and philosophy. Spread through India, Nepal, and China.

Taoist Tantra  focuses on the tradition of ejaculatory control.

Western Neo-Tantra  - American and European adaptation of Tantra. Combines Tantra, Yoga, Kama Sutra with Western modalities like Somatic Therapy, NLP, and massage.

Ipsalu Tantra focuses on activating Kundalini and reaching enlightenment.

Quodoushka originated from ancient Native American traditions: Mayan and Toltec. This tradition teaches that sexuality represents our soul, and sex aligns the four directions: North, East, South, and West. Quodoushka teaches reaching full-body orgasm through fire breath.

Osho said: "Tantra is a highest form of love".

" Tantra is the total surrender, or letting go of all mental, emotional and cultural conditioning, so that universal life energy may flow through you like a river without any effort. It is a letting go to a universal oneness...

To love. When fear is removed, Tantra remains".

In Tantra, every man is a God and every woman is a Goddess. When a man and a woman choose to be together, they are creating a sacred union. Every woman is a Goddess and embodies of all that is feminine to be honored and worshipped. She is a lover, seductress, healer, and nurturing mother. She must reveal and embrace all the layers of her being to be honored. Every man is a God, the embodiment of many roles: a provider, protector, and a symbol of power. He must embrace and be honored for all these parts.

What you see on this video is a sample of energy-work recorded during one of my workshops. The goal is to remove energetic blocks and clear channels so the body can starts to heal itself. Many people would experience the energy flowing freely throughout the body for the first time ever. Everyone is different, so everyone will have their unique experience. Some people cry, some cough uncontrollably, some get so completely relaxed - they fall asleep. Some people experience ecstatic sensations throughout the entire body and brain. Your experience depends on the state of your emotional and physical health, sensitivity level, and the wiliness to open up and give up control.
